What I did

• Work as a Google Workspace super administrator: accounts, groups, access, Gmail delivery checks and user support.
• Coordinate Classroom work and teaching data with colleagues; jointly delivered hands-on Google tools training to staff and faculty.
• Designed a hierarchical coding model for the university structure and structured shared teaching-load and student-data tables. Complex spreadsheet formulas and GAM commands were prepared with AI assistance.

• Used NotebookLM to generate tests from my lectures, checked them before assigning them and recorded results in the official gradebook.

What I did

• Diagnosed hardware and software issues, supported printers and classroom equipment, and helped users on site or through VNC on the local network.
• Prepared and tested role-specific Windows images in virtual machines, restored them with Acronis and documented the remaining setup steps.
• Started a computer inventory in IP.xlsx, defined practical requirements and tested the later MIS. Its PHP interface and WMI collector were built by others.
